Challenges/ Problems:

The client could not satisfy his requirements from the existing sizes of the Worldwide leading manufacturers of bearings, which we have been successful in implementing.

Solution:

The design department was given with the parameters of OD, Width, RPM and Load Capacity. Our engineers' experience in the field of designing bearings successfully provided the assembly drawings to the customers. After their approvals we manufactured the required quantity and provided them initially with some samples. After the approval of the samples with respect to quality (all the parameters) we manufactured the complete lot.
