Danesh Shah - Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Danesh Shah, a dynamic and talented Director of the company. A business graduate, he started his career by trading all types of bearings. Sighting the opportunity of specific types of bearings he gradually then took over to importing bearings from Europe and all over the world. Aa a person who has always believed in growth, he then set up a manufacturing facility in Gujurat. Though initially he supplied to the local market he then gradually started exporting to European countries.

Started initially with a manufacturing facility of 10,000 sq. ft, which has now been expanded, to almost 120,000 sq. ft. with over 25 automated machine lines. Mr. Shah continues to bring extreme customer focus in the business and high levels of customer service. Another specific initiative of Mr. Shah is to bring about good corporate governance in the company. Under his leadership the firm has increased the production capacity to 3 million bearings per annum.

His vision is to be one of the largest manufacturing exporters of bearings in India.

Dipak Mehta - VP Technology

Mr. Dipak Mehta is the Technical President of the company. He graduated from S.S. Engineering College, Bhavnagar as a Mechanical Engg. Mr. Dipak started his career at A.B.C. Bearings in the design Dept. Later on he has worked with Delux Group-Luxite Industries.

For over more than 22 years of Experience in the field of manufacturing and design of all types of bearings has given him immense knowledge of this field. He is also a good judge of people and has able to attract a pool of talent for the organization.

His technical prowess has given him the opportunity to deliver as a consultant in the field of bearing manufacturing to a wide variety of national and international clients. His ultimate aim is to take Precision Bearings Pvt. Ltd to higher strengths by building a best in class manufacturing facility.

Snehal Sheth – VP Marketing

Mr. Snehal Sheth has more than 35 years of experience in the bearing industry. A commerce graduate, he started off with the business of supplying bearings to various kinds of industries. He then went into importing various kinds of bearings and supplying it to the local market.

His strong marketing skills as well as the knowledge of the industry working has helped him grow the sales network to almost 25 different countries all over the world. Under his sales leadership the company has grown constantly with an annual rate of more than 25%. The company can now boast of its STAR EXPORT HOUSE AWARD.

Under his leadership the company the company is now 95% EOU (Export Oriented Unit). His vision is to make ZNL as one of the largest quality-bearing exporters from India.

Utpal Parikh – VP Operations

Mr. Uptal Parikh is one of the members of our core team. A commerce postgraduate, he has been in the bearing industry for the last 15 years. His in-depth knowledge within the bearing industry and the varied experience within operations field has helped him lead and manage the manufacturing and production control at Precision Bearings. Under his leadership and guidance the company has grown many folds to the existing state. His skills for managing people makes him the most admired person in the company.
